MedFind Solutions is a healthcare marketing platform and professional directory that enables patients to discover and connect with verified healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities in Kenya.

MedFind Solutions does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or healthcare consultations. We are not a healthcare provider and do not act as an agent for any healthcare professional or healthcare facility listed on the platform.

 

 

3. Eligibility

You may use MedFind Solutions if you:

· Are at least 18 years of age.

· Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

· Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

Healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities must hold valid licences or registrations issued by the relevant regulatory or licensing authority in Kenya.

 

 

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

· Provide accurate and complete information.

· Keep your login credentials confidential.

· Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

· Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

MedFind Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

 

 

5. Verification of Healthcare Providers

Healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities seeking verification must submit valid registration and licensing documents for review.

A Verified badge indicates that, at the time of verification, the provider held a valid licence or registration issued by the relevant professional regulatory or licensing authority.

Verification does not constitute:

· An endorsement by MedFind Solutions.

· A guarantee of professional competence.

· A guarantee of the quality, safety, or outcome of healthcare services.

· A recommendation of one provider over another.

 

 

6. Listings and Profiles

Registered healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities are responsible for ensuring that all information published on their profiles is accurate, complete, and up to date.

MedFind Solutions may edit, suspend, or remove any profile that:

· Contains false or misleading information.

· Violates applicable laws.

· Infringes the rights of others.

· Breaches these Terms.

 

 

7. Subscription Packages

Certain features of the platform are available through paid subscription packages.

Subscription benefits, pricing, and durations are published on the MedFind Solutions website and may be updated from time to time.

Premium features are available only while the subscription remains active.

 

 

8. Payments

Subscription payments must be made using the approved payment methods available on the platform.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where MedFind Solutions determines that a refund is appropriate.

Failure to renew a subscription may result in the loss of premium features.

 

 

9. User Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals and facilities retain ownership of the content they submit but grant MedFind Solutions a non-exclusive licence to display and use such content for the operation and promotion of the platform.

MedFind Solutions is not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of third-party websites and does not endorse them.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedFind Solutions shall not be liable for:

· Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services provided by any listed healthcare professional or facility.

· Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of services provided by listed healthcare professionals or facilities.

· Errors or omissions in profile information supplied by registered users.

· Temporary interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the website.

· Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when selecting a healthcare provider.

 

 

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedFind Solutions, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
